Code: EE-FI-08

Half-day – 3hrs (1 x break)

Either on-site or virtual

Course Overview

Menopause is a natural stage of life that can have a significant impact on individuals’ wellbeing, confidence, and experiences at work. Despite affecting a large proportion of the workforce, menopause is often not widely understood or openly discussed in professional environments. This course explores how menopause can influence workplace experiences, particularly within engineering and technical sectors where working conditions, shift patterns, and workplace culture may present additional challenges. Participants will develop a greater understanding of menopause, the potential impact it can have on colleagues and teams, and how organisations and individuals can contribute to more supportive and inclusive workplaces.
