Course Overview

The SAFE Leader programme introduces a leadership approach designed specifically for engineering environments, where safety, trust, and collaboration are critical to team performance. Built around the SAFE model – Share, Act, Feel, Empower – the course explores how leaders can foster psychological safety while strengthening inclusive and effective team cultures. Participants will examine how leadership behaviours influence communication, relationships, and workplace culture, and will develop practical strategies to support high-performing and inclusive teams. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will build the confidence and skills needed to lead with authenticity, empathy, and accountability.
